Adult Tang Soo Do
(Karate)
The 2000 year old traditional Korean
martial art emphasizes self defense, discipline,
endurance and spirit. Affiliated with Tang Soo
Karate Academy and the International Tang Soo Do

Pilates
A body balancing system that improves muscle
strength and flexibility, balance, posture and
overall well-being. Pilates aims to develop
the body’s core to create stability for maximum

Dog Obedience
Series
Puppy Plus Agility
For puppies 2 1/2 - 5 months old. Turn
your spunky mischievous puppy into a well mannered
dog. Teach puppy appropriate behaviors now.
Your puppy will learn sit, stand, down, and wait
commands and to stay with you on leash.
Confidence building games, socialization and trick
training round out this comprehensive program.
Pre-registration is required. Participants must
use the Main Street entrance to the facility.
Basic Dog
Obedience
For dogs four
months and older. Dogs
will learn to respond to the
basic commands of sit, down,
stand, stay, wait, leave it and
come. Dogs learn to focus
attention on you. Emphasis
will be on teaching appropriate
behaviors, especially greeting
other dogs and people and
walking on a leash.

For dogs who have graduated Basic I.
Continues working to make commands reliable.

Nazareth YMCA SilverSneakers® members
have the opportunity to use all YMCA facilities and
enjoy special SilverSneakers® fitness offerings
activities at no additional charge. Plus, you may
participate in all YMCA programs at our member
rates. SilverSneakers® offers various prizes
throughout the year for those who use their
membership often. You can also take part in special

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the
music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement and
activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights,
elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered
for resistance; and a chair is used for seated
and/or standing support. Please wear
comfortable clothes and rubber-soled shoes.
Cardio
Circuit
Combine
fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and
muscular endurance power with a standing circuit
workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held
weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is
alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A
chair is offered for support, stretching and
relaxation exercises.
YogaStretch
YogaStretch will
move your body through a series
of seated and standing yoga
poses. Chair support is offered
to safely perform a variety of
postures designed to increase
flexibility, balance and
range of movement. Restorative
breathing exercises and a final
relaxation will promote stess
reduction and mental clarity.
SilverSplash
An fun aquatic
exercise class which runs in
shallow water and improves
agility, flexibility, and
cardiovascular endurance. No
swimming ability is required and
a special SilverSplash kickboard
is used to develop strength,
balance and coordination.
